• Do you ship internationally?


Yes, we ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the costs may be.


  • Do you ship to APO/FPO?

Yes, we do. We can ship to international destinations via FEDEX. This includes APO/FPO addresses. Customs duties and taxes may be collected at the time of delivery.


  • Can I get free shipping?

We have free FEDEX shipping for all orders above 75.00 USD.


  • How much does the shipping cost?

Under 75 USD, we still have FEDEX shipping for extra payment of 22.00 USD. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.


  • I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?

If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will immediately offer you a solution.


  •   Can I get the tracking information?

We ship all our orders with fully tracked mailing services, and you should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow a processing time of 1-2 business days.


·        How can I start a return?

You have the right to return your order within fourteen days from the day on which the goods were delivered to you. 

  1. If you want to return an item, simply email us at, tell us your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service will guide you through the quick process.
  2. Make sure the items you want to return are unused, unwashed, and neatly packaged in the original box including all tags for a full refund. Feel free to re-use our packaging to ship your return package.
  3. Returns must be paid by you, so choose to drop off your package at your preferred return location.
  4. Once we've received the returned items, we will examine them and start your refund process. If you followed the return instructions correctly, the product price and initial shipping costs will be issued to the original payment method you used when placing your order.

Please also bear in mind that shipping goods back and forth generates greenhouse gases that are accelerating climate change. We encourage you to choose your items carefully to avoid unnecessary return shipments.
